Phoenix Medical Spa offers physician-led primary care through a relationship-based membership model, with access to appropriate same-day and urgent concerns when they can safely be managed through the practice.
Membership is not health insurance and does not replace coverage for emergencies, hospitalization, specialty care, imaging, or services outside the membership agreement.
Two Ways Phoenix Primary Care Supports You

Primary Care
Ongoing, relationship-based care including preventive care, chronic-condition management, routine follow-up, health planning, and continuity with your physician.

Urgent / Same-Day Care
Evaluation of appropriate non-emergency acute concerns that can reasonably be managed through Phoenix Medical Spa, such as appropriate minor illnesses or routine acute concerns.

Phoenix Medical Spa is not an emergency department. Some urgent symptoms require emergency or in-person evaluation. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care. Membership does not guarantee 24/7 access or guaranteed same-day appointments unless those exact terms exist in your membership agreement.

Two clearly separate enrollment pathways. Pricing is never blended with medical weight loss.
Join Phoenix Directly
Individuals and families who are not enrolling through an employer may join Phoenix Medical Spa directly through our retail membership program.
Adult Membership
$120 individual enrollment fee
Direct-to-consumer physician-led membership for one adult seeking relationship-based primary care.
Child / Dependent Membership
$120 individual enrollment fee
Membership for an eligible child or dependent under a participating adult's household.
Household Maximum
$200 household enrollment fee
Eligible household-member rates are combined until the $325 monthly household maximum is reached.
